PRESS RELEASE: FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
A new era of transparency, accountability, and customer trust in Canadian cannabis
Kelowna, BC – October 20, 2025 – Grown Here Farms, award-winning producer of Canada’s top-rated CBD flower, today announced the launch of its Traceability App—a first-of-its-kind platform that sets a new standard for transparency in the cannabis industry.
By simply scanning a QR code or entering a lot number, customers can instantly unlock a full traceability journey of their CBD flower, including:
· Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for potency, terpenes, and purity.
· Licences & certifications
· Field inputs such as soil health practices, organic amendments, and cover crops.
· Soil and water tests, ensuring environmental integrity.
· The season’s playlist of healing sound frequencies and music played to the plants as
they grew.
· The story of the lot, from spot harvesting to natural hang-drying and hand-trimming.
“In an industry where transparency and trust are too often missing, we wanted to create something that completely flips the script,” said Krystine McInnes, founder of Grown Here Farms. “This Traceability App makes it fun and easy for customers to see exactly how their CBD flower was grown, what went into it, and why it’s different. It’s about giving people confidence—and connection”.
The app is designed to be simple, user-friendly, and engaging—bringing customers closer to the farm, while reinforcing Grown Here Farms’ commitment to quality and accountability. The app is available for public use through it’s website or directly at trace.grownherefarms.com.
